Access is part of quality.
CSA aims to make its public digital headquarters usable by the widest practical range of people, devices and assistive technologies.
Our approach
The site is designed around semantic HTML, readable typography, strong contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation, responsive layouts and reduced dependence on decorative interaction. Accessibility is treated as a continuing quality requirement rather than a one-time compliance exercise.
Continuous improvement
As new content, research, platform surfaces and controlled-access services are introduced, CSA will review their accessibility and remediate material barriers identified through testing or feedback.
Feedback
If you experience an accessibility problem or require public information in an alternative format, contact info@cs-agency.com.au and identify the page or material concerned. CSA will aim to provide a practical alternative and use the report to improve the affected surface.
